Man drops 85 pounds on McDonald’s diet
New idea on how to diet at McDonald, Chris Coleson, 42, told ABC’s “Good Morning America” Thursday he spent six months eating only at the fast food restaurant. He said he also had wraps and apple dippers.
Coleson said he started out at 276 pounds . He said he dropped 14 pants sizes.
Chris Coleson weighed 278 pounds and had a 50 inch waist this past Christmas, now he’s at 199 pounds with a 36 inch waist. No more Big & Tall stores for him.
