Simple Exercise Warm Up Video
Before you start to exercise, one important thing that you should do is warm up. In his video, Leslie Nesbitt will gives you examples of nice and simple exercise warm up to reduce your risk of exercise injury and the warm up will help your body to ready to go for any workout.
To warm up your body 6 minute is good, 8-10 minutes is great, you can start warm up by walking, jogging, kick boxing, warm up your shoulder and legs and more… you can see in this video.
