I tried both the Seigal and the SmartforLife cookies as well. The seigal cookies were short of inedible and I did Not like the fact that they had so many preservatives. The SFL cookies and all their products are 60% organic and they have convenient centers all over S. Florida. Doing this program in their center made all the difference for me. I started this weight through the holidays and have already lost almost 30 pounds. I never get bored with their muffins, soups, bagels, granola and of course the Smart for Life cookies. this is a win win diet!

I too have tried both cookie diets and have to say that Smart For Life is better. They offer more products, they are there to help you reach goal. I couldnt have done it without the girls that work at the clinic I went to. I lost 40 lbs and have maintaned for 6 months. I still use muffins and soups to help me maintane. I am never going back to fat. There products are actually yummy and healthy. Check out there website at smartforlife.com.

I have tried both cookies The Smart for Life and the Dr. Siegal cookies. I have to tell you that the Smart for Life cookies taste way better. They are 60% organic and k-dairy, which is a plus for me. They also have muffins, soups, shakes, bagels, etc. This program is perfect for me, it is easy and most of all effective. You will get motivated once you start seeing those pounds melt away. I have lost 35 pounds in 2 1/2 months and feel great. I recommend Smart for Life to anyone that is wanting to shed those pounds eating cookies! EAT COOKIES, LOSE WEIGHT, IT'S THAT EASY WITH SMART FOR LIFE!!!!
