Lose weight, keep it off

Keeping the weight off, study result:
- At 6 months: 50% lost 10% of initial weight
- At 24 months: 25% kept 10% of initial weight off
Keys To Keeping Off The Weight
- Eat breakfast
- Eat frequently (Every 4-5 hours)
- Eat consistenly on weekday/weekends
- Weight self often
- Exercise, exercise and exercise
