- Stick to one serving of cereal – Save 8400 calories lose 2.5 pounds.
- Skip your late night snack. – Save 10,500 calories lose 3 pounds.
- Scratch butter and margarine. – Save 4200 calories lose 1+ pounds.
- Lose the mayo and cheese. – Save 8400 calories lose 2.5 pounds.
- Delete the extra. – Save 6000 calories lose 1.75 pounds.
Weight Loss Strategies
- Typically breakfast eaters consume twice the recommended cereal serving
- When you’re trying to lose weight, accurately measure just one cup cereal.
- Pick light and flaky cereal over dense caloric cereal.
- Your late night snack should be no more than 150 calories.
- Instead of a late night snack, sip herbal tea or brush your teeth and floss.
- For a lower calorie alternative, buy soft tub spreads that say ‘Reduced Fat’ and ‘Trans Fat Free’
