- Limit yourself to 1200 calories per day.
- Reduce water retention to relieve digestive issues.
- Eat fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean meats.

- Add table salt to your food.
- Eat too quickly.
- Binge on carbs.
- Chew gum.
- Drink cabonated beverages.
- Have coffee, tea, or orange juice daily.
Flat belly diet rules to live by…
- Eat four 400 calories meals per day.
- Never go more than 4 hours without eating.
- Eat a MUFA-RICH food at every meal, ex: oils, olives, nuts & seeds, avocado, dark chocolate.
