Exercise to Get Fit In 7 Minutes
If you want to exercise to get fit but have not much time, this is the right workout for you. Nicole Beland of Women’s Health magazine shows us some nice exercise steps that can get you lean and in shape in just 7 minutes a day and you can do it at home.
Lean And Fit
- Targets your core, upper back and legs
- Stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart
- Keep your toes turned out slightly
- Use a towel to keep your shoulders aligned

Nicole Beland’s “Get fit in 7 minutes”…yet another example of someone spouting on about that which they do not know. Fit in 7 minutes? “Exercise that doesn’t raise your heart rate to a certain levela nd keep it there for 20 minutes won’t contribute significantly to cardiovascular fitness” There is no way that this advice she’s giving is responsible, much less beneficial for those trying to improve their health and/or physiques within as small a time frame as possible. The moves that she’s illustrating barely even build muscle mass that benefit ones metabolism. Let’s get some true experts on to either explain to your viewers or refute this garbage.
To do proper exercise takes more than 7 minutes because it might be warming more than 7 minutes, not including the actual exercise, what is your opinion?
