The Sleep Diet

  • 7.5 Hours of sleep
  • No caffeine after 2.30 pm
  • No alcohol less than 3 hours before bed
  • Same bed time every night
  • Adults who sleep only 5 hours a night are 50% more likely to be obese
  • Sleep deprivation increases the hunger hormone Ghrelin
