  • Walnuts and pistachios help lower blood pressure
  • The monousaturated fats and potassium in avocados help lower blood pressure
  • One of the best ways to lower blood pressure is to consume enough potassium
  • Caffeine can elevate cortisol levels, and may result in weight gain and heart disease.
