Do you like to eat more foods as you want and still lose weight? Some foods with low calories, more fibers, air and water can help you feel full and you’re not gain weight.

  • Dilute calories with fiber, water and air.
  • More chewing slows down eating.
  • Fresh fruits and vegetables are rich in water and fiber.
  • Water and fiber give volume and are low calorie.
  • Avoid canned fruits in syrup, frozen veggies in sauce.
  • Fiber rich foods swell in your stomach.
  • Avoid low fiber white grain foods.
  • Air from popcorn provides volume without extra calories.
  • Avoid flavored popcorn, fried chips, pretzels.
  • Soup satisfy from fiber and water.
  • Avoid cream based and noodle based soups.
