Coffee is the famous drink in America, but is it really good for you. Dr. Nancy Snyderman explores the risks and benefits of a daily cup of java with the Mayo Clinic’s Dr. Donald Hensrud.

- 54% of US adults drink at least one cup a day.
- 30% of adults are sometime coffee drinkers.

- Coffee may lower risk of heart disease in women.
- Coffee appears to lower risk for type 2 diabetes.
- Caffeine reversed alzheimer’s symptoms in mice.
